Devonia is a blend of 3 sheep breeds local to Devon, the Exmoor Blueface, Devon Bluefaced Leicester and Devon Wensleydale. Each breed brings a different characteristic and quality to the finished blend, resulting in a yarn with bounce, softness and sheen.

Yarn colours are inspired by the work of renowned 19th century French tapestry artist Jean Lurcat. 

Fibre content:

50% Exmoor Blueface, 30% Devon Bluefaced Leicester, 20% Devon Wensleydale

Gauge:

22 sts to 10cm (4in) over stockng stitch

Meterage:
233 meters (255yds) per 100 grams

Needle size:
3.5 - 4 mm (US4-6) needle

Care:
Hand wash at low temperature with mild detergent
