Shipping within the UK

 

For UK delivery we use Royal Mail’s 2nd Class Letter & Parcel service. Items are normally dispatched within 1-3 working days, provided the goods are in stock. Delivery times can vary, but are typically 2-3 days for UK mainland. However, due to postal delays caused by the current pandemic situation please allow 7-10 days before getting in touch. Prices are calculated by weight and will be shown at the checkout before your payment is processed.

Is Baa! Shipping Abroad?

 

Yes: If you wish to place an order from overseas, get in touch via the website or by email (hello@baawool.co.uk).  We are happy to post direct but prefer to give you an individual quote for shipping. For international and European deliveries we use Royal Mail Track & Sign.

 

The gritty details... As you may know, the combination of Brexit and Covid has been disastrous for shipping abroad and for importing, in particular for small companies like Baa! Due to the changes in customs regulations as well as shipping costs, we have had to suspend the automatic feature on the website for the moment, and deal with international orders on an ad hoc basis. When we are happy things have improved, this feature will be returned to the website.

 

So, we DO ship internationally, but it takes a little longer to process. Sorry for that!

 

On the other hand, it is always a great pleasure to see that Baa!’s parcels are traveling around the world, sharing some woolly goodness on all continents!

 

Please remember that you are responsible for any tax & customs fees that may be added to your delivery when it arrives at its destination.
