  • Where is the shop located?
    Our wee shop is located in the city center of Stonehaven, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. Litterally just 3min walk up the road from the Market Square, you will find us on the right hand side of Evan Street as you go towards Arduthie Road and the Train Station.   • What are your opening hours?
    The "brick and mortar" shop is open Wednesday to Saturday, from 10.30am - 5.30pm. The online shop is always available.
  • How are parcels shipped withing the UK?
    We use Royal Mail to ship parcels within the UK. For more detailed information, please check out our Shipping policy here. Thanks.
  • Is Baa! shipping abroad?

  • How can I buy a gift card?
    At Baa!, you have two (2) options to buy a Gift Card: You may buy a physical Gift Card upon visiting our wee shop in Stonehaven. There are different designs of postcards available to choose from (subject to availability). You may order an eGift Card in our online shop, which can be delivered to your email address, or directly to the recipient’s email address. In both cases, you can choose an amount for the value of the voucher. Unless stated otherwise, the Gift Card is valid 24 months from the date of issue.
  • Can Gift Cards be redeemed in store or online?
    If your Gift Card has been issued online (ie. if you have received a code in an email), then it can be redeemed both online or in our wee shop in Stonehaven. If your Gift Card has been purchased in the shop (ie. if it is printed on a postcard from the shop, and not issued in an email), then it can only be redeemed in the physical shop, and not online.
  • Is the Gift Card sent directly to the recipient or do I have to forward it myself?
    When you buy a Gift Card on Baa! website, you can choose whether it is sent to your email address, or whether you want it sent directly to the recipient’s email address. If you want the Gift Card to be emailed to you directly, so you can print it out at home and hand it to the lucky recipient in person for instance, simply select "For myself". If you want the Gift Card to be emailed to the recipient directly, simply select the relevant option (see below), and fill in the required fields in the form with the name and email address of the recipient. An email will then be generated, containing the unique code for the Gift Card, along with a little personalised word from you.
  • How can I redeem a Gift Card online?
    It is easy to redeem a Gift Card online. At checkout, select the checkbox "Redeem a Gift Card", situated at the top of the "Payment" options. By selecting it, an empty field appears where you simply need to type in the code of your voucher. Press "Apply", and the amount of the voucher will be deducted from your order.
  • What happens if the order total is more than the value of the Gift Card?
    If the sale is worth more than the value of the card, you have the option at checkout to pay for the remaining cost using your other payment methods.
  • What happens if the order total is less than the value of the Gift Card?
    You do not have to spend your voucher all at once. Any remaining balance is adjusted automatically. You may use the remainder during later purchases, using the same code, provided the purchases are completed before the Gift Card expiration date.
  • Can I check the balance of my Gift Card?
    At the moment, it is not possible for recipients to check the balance of their Gift Card. However, if the recipient contacts us with their name, email address and code, we would be happy to assist.
