The Baa! website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. On our behalf, Wix.com receives, collects and stores any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, Wix collect e-mail address; postal address (if provided) and purchase history. If you chose to sign up to our newsletter/blog Wix collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and (if provided) personal profile. Wix.com is GDPR compliant​.
Section 2 - How do we collect information?
When you sign up to our newsletter/blog, make a purchase from our store or send a message through a contact form/ comment box, as part of the process, Wix collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.​

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our business adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
Section 4.2 - How do we store, use, share and disclose personal information inside our bricks and mortar shop?
When purchasing a workshop on our website or inside our bricks and mortar shop personal information such as name, telephone number and email address is stored on paper until the date of the workshop. The paper copy of this information is then shredded.
If you have requested your name, telephone number and email address to be added to a workshop waiting list your details will be kept until you are asigned to a class and that class date has passed. The paper copy of this information is then shredded.
Section 5 - How do we communicate with your site visitors/shop customers?
We may contact you to notify you regarding a special order, an online order, your position on a workshop waiting list, to troubleshoot any problems, to resolve a dispute or to collect fees or monies owed. If you signed up to receive our newsletter/blog posts we may contact you to send updates about Baa, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our Terms and Conditions, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

Section 6 - How do we use cookies and other tracking tools?
Cookies are small pieces of data stored on a site visitor's browser, usually used to keep track of their movements and actions on a site. In accordance with the GDPR, we must inform our users that Wix.com use cookies on our site. ​These technologies are used mostly for stability, security, functionality, performance and advertising purposes.
It's important to note that third-party services, such as Google Analytics or other applications offered through our platform, placing cookies or utilizing other tracking technologies through Wix´s services, may have their own policies regarding how they collect and store information. As these are external services, such practices are not covered by Baa! Privacy Policy or Wix Privacy Policy

Section 8 - Payment and Card Security
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit and debit cards. Payments to the online shop can be made via the Stripe payment gateway or PayPal. You will receive confirmation of your order by email.
The Wix Stores checkout process is secured by HTTPS / TLS encryption and it is safe for customers to purchase from our Wix site.
TLS (Transport Layer Security) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and secure. TLS is the industry standard and is used by millions of websites in the protection of their online transactions with their customers.
Additionally, Wix Stores only works with payment gateways that offer the highest level of security certification (PCI DSS Level 1).
